In the fourth quarter of 2025, residential prices in the province of Madrid rose by 4.1% quarter-over-quarter and 19.6% year-over-year. Adjusted for inflation, this represents a year-over-year increase of 16.3%, maintaining the strong growth rate recorded in the previous quarter.
