Land is valued by the residual method based on the Property that is built on it. We can also value the land if there is no existing construction, taking into account its best permitted use and its buildability.

The buildability is determined by the Urban Development Regulations. In our reports we analyze this data and we can establish whether or not the buildability is exhausted and if it would be possible to carry out extensions in compliance with the regulations.
