Valuing a company allows us to understand the economic impact of strategic and mercado decisions.

At Tinsa, we prepare detailed reports that not only analyze the company's current situation, but also its growth potential and its capacity to generate value in the long term.

The key to an accurate valuation is to understand the business's ability to generate wealth. It is not enough to simply appraise fixed assets; it is about a complete value chain and cash flow analysis.

Do you know the value of your company?

Business valuation is fundamental in the corporate arena, especially when it comes to transactions involving shares or participations. This process is crucial to determine the fair value of a company's equity, considering its current activity, growth potential and other vital characteristics.

For each client, our approach is tailored to the specific characteristics of your company and its unique needs. We use recognized valuation methods, including Net Asset Value (NAV) for equity valuations, and Discounted Cash Flows for projective analysis. Our team performs a comprehensive analysis that covers not only the company's financial statements, but also a detailed analysis of the industry environment in which it operates and all of its tangible and intangible assets.

Our expertise does not stop at real estate; we cover all types of assets. From works of art to patents, we guarantee accurate and reliable valuations, driven by our leading technology and in-depth knowledge.

CASE OF SUCCESS IN BUSINESS VALUATION

1. THE PROBLEM

One of our clients was considering selling the shares he owned in a company whose activity is focused on the purchase of real estate to rent them later.

Tinsa prepared a report valuing the company. It started from a hypothesis of the equity value and carried out a financial analysis of the evolution of the income statement and balance sheet. In addition to debts, it took into account the necessary investments in accordance with the mercado probable mercado value of the assets owned, in order to determine the financial situation of the company, its potential effective risk, and, ultimately, the substantial value of the company.

Thanks to the report, the client not only obtained an objective valuation of his company (including its assets), but also has an overview of the financial state of the company as of today. Valuable information for the final decision making process.
