Security management system policy

This policy applies to Tinsa Tasaciones Inmobiliarias, S.A.U. and extends to Accumin companies, as established in the statement of applicability, hereinafter Accumin companies, whose brand is ACCUMIN.

• Accumin companies guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information, as well as the continuity of services, through the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of an Information Security and Privacy Management System (ISPS). This commitment is made in accordance with the ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 27701 Standards, considering the needs of the business and current legislation, for the benefit of our stakeholders.

• At Accumin companies we recognize the critical importance of information security and privacy to the ongoing success of our operations. This policy sets out the fundamental principles that guide our management of information security and privacy protection.

• The management of Accumin's companies supports and actively promotes information security and privacy, aligning this strategy with our Information Security and Privacy Management System (ISPS) objectives.

• Accumin companies are committed to proactively managing key risks to information security and privacy and the operational continuity of our critical processes.

• All employees of Accumin companies shall be informed and aware of their responsibilities in the context of information security and privacy. 

• Accumin companies have robust measures in place to protect information against internal and external threats, including facility security, technology infrastructure and access controls.

• Accumin companies are committed to continuous improvement of information security and privacy through proper management of security events and associated weaknesses.

• Accumin companies guarantee compliance with all legal, regulatory and contractual obligations established in relation to information security and privacy.

Accumin group companies reiterate their commitment by periodically setting improvement objectives in line with this policy, in order to continuously strengthen our approach to security and privacy.
