In some cases, in order to provide our services, we may need our clients to provide us with personal data regarding third parties, such as a contact person for managing the visit, the Property owner, information on tenants, and other holders of real property rights, etc. The data collected will be processed solely for the purpose of including it in Appraisal reports Appraisal other services we provide.
Data pertaining to third parties will only be included in ACCUMIN HOME’s databases when such data is necessary for the proper provision of the contracted services, particularly data required to verify the ownership and occupancy status of the properties, the existence of encumbrances on the Property could affect its value, and to manage access to and visits of the properties.
5. Purpose and Legal Basis
5.1 In general terms, the purpose of the processing is to manage requests submitted through the website, whether via a contact form or any other type of online form, or via an email request. 6.2 In the event that our contracting proposal is not finally accepted by you, we inform you that we will keep your data for a period of 24 months for the purpose of verifying special situations of conflict of interest, as well as to have your data available for future offers or for the fulfillment of any other purposes and processing that you have consented to.
6.3. If you are registered as a User on our website www.tinsa.es/accumin/, owned by ACCUMIN HOME, we will retain your personal data for the purpose of facilitating new contracts for our services. However, if we detect that you have not used or interacted with your account or any of our online services for a period of two years, we will proceed to cancel your user account by blocking your data.

c) We may also share your data with companies within the group for internal fines .
