6. RESPONSIBILITY OF TINSA TASACIONES INMOBILIARIAS, S.A.

Communications from Tinsa Tasaciones Inmobiliarias, S.A. to Users will be made using the details submitted when the latter registered on the Website. Users expressly accept the use of e-mails as a valid procedure for sending communications related to use of the Tinsa website, and/or the acquisition of goods.

8. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION. WAIVER OF JURISDICTION
These conditions will be governed by Spanish legislation which will be applicable for what is not set forth in this contract, in what refers to questions of interpretation, validity and enforcement.

The parties expressly waiver their jurisdiction which could correspond to them and expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid to resolve any controversy that could arise in the interpretation or the enforcement of these contract conditions.
