Quality is one of Tinsa’s management tools and this extends to all the processes for providing our services.

One of our main aims is to exceed the client’s expectations and achieve their full satisfaction, assuming that the quality of the products and services we supply are the decisive factor for attaining client loyalty and hence assuring the company’s continuance.

An intrinsic part of that quality resides in adapting to meet our clients’ needs and the challenges faced from the market and the competition. Since 1999, Tinsa has been a Certified Registered Company under regulation UNE-EN-ISO 9002:1994, issued by the Spanish Standards and Certification Association (AENOR). In July 2003, Tinsa renewed this certificate in accordance with the requirements of the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2000 standard, and last June it undertook the latest renewal under the same standard.

In October 2008, Tinsa attained certification of its Environmental Management System, under the UNE-EN-ISO 14001 international standard at its headquarters in Madrid.
