ING Bank assigned this appraiser to me to appraise the home I wanted to buy. I looked up reviews, and to be honest, I was pretty worried when I saw that most of them were negative. I went on the day they appraised the house, and the appraiser, Ms. Rodríguez, was very friendly, which really put my mind at ease. A few days later, I received the results, and they appraised it above the purchase price, so everything turned out great. I wanted to leave this review because I think people only speak up when the outcome is negative, and while this was just my experience, it might also be the case for others.
