Tinsa has always been particularly concerned with Social Responsibility, considering it as an obligation that goes in tandem with business development. Commitment to society and the people that make up society is the driving force behind the programmes and activities it incorporates in its organisational philosophy; this commitment is applied in all the company's areas and services.

Since its foundation, its activities have been based on the principles of responsibility and transparency, a commitment it has undertaken with all the interest groups in its company environment: employees, customers, suppliers and society in general. Year after year, it implements policies and actions that increase this commitment, endeavouring to return to society part of that which society contributes towards the company's growth and development.

Furthermore, in a society that is constantly changing and evolving and in which the speed of these changes is steadily increasing, special attention must be given to detecting changes that produce the need to redirect the policies set in place, adapting them to the new needs and demands derived from the interest groups that interact with the company.
