Data required to validate the report

To start the validation process, you only need two things: the file number and the verification code. Here's how to find them easily:

  • File number: This number is located in the upper right hand area of any Appraisal report we issue. For example: MU - 02467 / 15 - AZ.
  • Verification code: You will find it in the left margin of the report. For example: 2AZMWPO46.

You can access documents no older than 6 months from the date the report was issued.
