
Data required to validate the report
To begin the validation process, you only need two things: your file number and verification code. Here's how to easily find them:
- File number: This number is located in the upper right corner of any Appraisal report Appraisal issue. For example: MU – 02467 / 15 – AZ.
- Verification code: You will find it on the left margin of the report. For example: 2AZMWPO46.

You can access documents that are up to 6 months old from the date the report was issued.
