The price is calculated based on the square footage of the property. If it is New-build does not yet have a cadastral reference, we will charge based on the square footage of the property as specified in the plans.

Yes! It is important that the homeowner knows that we will be performing a home inspection and how long it will take. After the inspection is booked, we will contact the homeowner to tell them the name of the architect who will perform the inspection and confirm the time of the inspection.
You will receive the inspection report by e-mail in PDF format so that you can read or print it without any problem.
Yes, once the inspection is booked you can cancel it up to 3 working days before the scheduled date, but it has an administrative cost of 49,90€. With less than 3 working days notice, cancellations will NOT be refunded, although rescheduling of the inspection will be offered if possible and may have an additional cost, depending on each case.
We will not be able to give you any refund, but we will give you a 25% discount on the next time you hire us. The maximum time we can wait at the location of the property to be inspected will be 1 hour from the scheduled start time.
