Data protection policy: contracting Appraisal housing service

Below we inform you of how we will treat the personal data you provide us with.

You are going to contract a Property Appraisal service. In order to provide you with the service, it is necessary that you provide us with your personal data and, if applicable, those of third parties.

To be able to contract the service through the WEB it is necessary to previously register as a User of this WEB Site.

You agree that the personal data you provide or have provided to register as a user, or those that may be provided at a later time, will be processed to manage the development and implementation of the contracted service.

Purpose: We collect your data for the management and development of the tasks necessary for the completion of the Appraisal requested. In the case of clients, Tinsa may carry out commercial and/or advertising actions or communications, by any means, including electronic or equivalent communications, related to products or services similar to those contracted, in accordance with Law 34/2002 (LSSI).

Legitimation: Development of the business relationship and legitimate interest of the data controller.

Recipients: We share your data with duly authorized providers who perform functions on our behalf as data processors (in particular external appraisers). We may also share the data with courts and tribunals, state security forces and other administrative authorities, when we believe that they may legally require it. We may also share your data with companies within the group for internal fines .

Rights: You have the right to access, rectify, limit the processing, delete your data, oppose to the processing and request the portability of your data.
