3. Definition of a Customer
A “Customer” or “User” is defined as any individual or legal entity with the legal capacity to enter into contracts under the applicable laws based on their nationality, who registers using the form provided for that purpose and requests the provision of services.
The provision of personal data and the purchase of products through our portal requires to be of legal age, according to Spanish law, and to have the necessary legal capacity to contract by itself the services offered on this Web Site.
The services are provided to the customer in their capacity as the recipient or end user of the service; resale or commercialization of the service, as well as the assignment of the contract, is strictly prohibited without the express authorization of Accumin Home.
4. Definition of the Service
Radar GO is developed using the databases of Accumin Home, which compile real estate mercado data from various public and private sources, such as property values from mercado and other variables obtained from reports at Appraisal prepared by Tinsa Tasaciones Inmobiliarias, S.A.U., a company belonging to the same business group as Accumin Home (hereinafter, Tinsa), actual ventas values (obtained from the Association of Registrars and/or from data entered on mercado by Tinsa’s network of appraisers), prices of properties listed for sale and/orrent(obtained from various sources), and other additional indicators such as the number of permits/approvals granted, New-build, demographic statistics, GDP, and other official statistics.
Primarily, the report presents, among others, the following aggregate indicators based on different housing characteristics and types:
Total and unit price of the bid
Tinsa provides a measure of housing supply at mercado. Based on the various data sources available to Tinsa, this average price figure—known in the industry as “supply,” that is, the price a seller is asking—is derived.
Trading Margin
Tinsa provides a measure of the negotiation margin that Tinsa appraisers assign to the various offers they enter into Tinsa's databases as part of their Appraisal activities.
Total and per-unit value of Appraisal
Tinsa provides a measure of the negotiation margin that Tinsa appraisers assign to the various offers they enter into Tinsa's databases as part of their Appraisal activities.
Monthly Rent
Tinsa provides a measure of the monthly gross housing income for the area under analysis ( mercado ).
Breakdown of Residential " mercado " by Type
For each type, the percentage of the residential “ mercado ” analyzed for that type is shown. This helps in understanding the “ mercado ” based on its distribution by type. Based on Tinsa’s “ Appraisal ” activity in the area.
Historical price series
Accumin Home provides value series for a wide range of geographic levels, down to the most detailed breakdown (districts, Tinsa zones of homogeneous value, etc.). The values are calculated using an extensive database that has been compiled since 2001.
Deals Nearby
Accumin Home provides a detailed breakdown of individual listings ( lista ) that goes beyond the aggregate metrics presented above. The information provided includes the approximate location, the date of the appraisal (month/year), the square footage, the number of bedrooms, theageof the property, and whether or not it has an elevator.
Ventas nearby
Similarly, Radar GO provides a lista of individual ventas s near the analyzed point.
5. Scope of the Results Obtained
The automated statistical calculation processes used to conduct the study at mercado involve the possibility of deviations in the data used to prepare the study, which in some cases may be significant; therefore, the results of the study at mercado are only estimates and approximations of the reference values and the other indicators obtained for the analyzed area,

This is a one-time payment service, so the Customer must make the payment before the service is provided.
7.2. Payment Method
Accumin Home offers an electronic payment system that accepts credit and debit cards (Visa and MasterCard) and Bizum.
To make the payment, the customer must enter the card number (without spaces), the expiration date, and the security code directly in the field provided for this purpose (a secure entry process protected by maximum privacy through SSL encryption: Secure Socket Layer) via the Ogone/Ingenico Payment Services platform.
The user of the website is responsible for transactions made by card or other means of telematic payment. By your authorization you confirm that the payment numbers and details are correct, that neither the card nor the account is reported as lost or stolen, and that the funds are available at the time of payment.
The commitment to pay using a credit card is irrevocable. It is possible to oppose its use only in case of loss, theft or fraudulent use of the credit card. Except in such cases, the credit card holder, depending on the situation, may be considered guilty of fraud if he/she objects to the previously authorized payment.
If the card is protected by a password (Verified by Visa / MasterCard SecureCode), the Customer will be redirected to the issuing bank’s website to authorize the transaction. For payments made with cards issued outside of Spain, the issuing bank must be a participant in the Secure Electronic Commerce (CES) Security Protocol. Payments made with cards that do not meet this requirement will not be accepted.
To pay with Bizum, enter the phone number associated with the service and your Bizum online shopping password (if you don’t have your password yet, you can request it through your bank’s app). You’ll receive an SMS with a confirmation code that you’ll need to enter in the payment window to complete the payment. Minimum amount required to use the service (€0.50). The ability to use this service is subject to each bank’s availability for making online purchases with Bizum.
The charge to the card will be processed online in real time—that is, the moment the payment form data is submitted. If the payment platform indicates that the card has been declined, the order will be automatically canceled, and the customer will be notified of the cancellation online and immediately.

10. Withdrawal
The Customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, without having to justify the reasons for withdrawal.
In order to exercise this right, and provided that the deadline set forth in the preceding paragraph has not expired—unless the service has already been fully performed—the Customer may use the model withdrawal form that he or she deems most appropriate, or make an unequivocal statement setting forth his or her decision to withdraw from the contract. In any case, the Customer may request that Accumin Home provide a model withdrawal form or any other information regarding this matter.
However, in the case of a service provision, which has also been prepared on the basis of the customer's particular specifications, we expressly inform you, in compliance with art. 103 of the Consumer Law, that this right of withdrawal shall not apply if the service has been fully performed.
To that end, you are hereby informed that acceptance of these terms and conditions constitutes the customer’s express consent to the immediate commencement of the requested services and establishes that the customer acknowledges and agrees that, once the service has been performed—even if 14 days have not yet elapsed—the customer will not have the right to withdraw from the contract and/or return the service provided.
If, after the service has begun, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract and requests to do so in accordance with the terms set forth in the preceding sections, Accumin Home will refund a proportional amount of the fees attributable to the portion of the service already provided at the time Accumin Home is notified of the customer’s withdrawal from the contract as a whole. The proportional amount to be refunded will be calculated based on the total price agreed upon in the contract.
In any case, once the contracted services have begun, the client is obligated to pay at least 50% of the contracted services (notwithstanding that this percentage may be higher) as compensation for damages resulting from the cancellation.
11. Liability
The automated statistical calculation processes used to conduct the study requested at mercado imply the possibility of deviations in the data used to produce the study, which in some cases may be significant, therefore, the results of the study at mercado are only estimates and approximations of the reference values and the other indicators obtained for the analyzed area. They should not be used in decision-making to establish a value for the sale or rental of a specific Property, the calculation of which will require a specific evaluation of its characteristics
Accumin Home will not accept any liability for any damages that may arise for the service applicant as a result of decisions made without taking into account the circumstances and scope of the findings in the report issued as described above.
In any case, Accumin Home’s maximum liability to the Client for any damages (including direct damages, legal fees, or expenses of any other kind) for which it may be held liable in connection with the services provided shall, in any event, be limited to an amount not exceeding twice the fees received by Accumin Home in consideration for its services.
