MAKE THE BEST DECISION WITH THE CORRECT VALUE
Knowing the market value of an asset and its circumstances at a given moment is a differentiating factor when taking the right decision regarding operations involving properties, such as:
- Assessment in the case of purchase and sale
- Distribution of inheritances
- Division of assets in divorces
- Horizontal division and dissolution of jointly owned property
Occasionally, there may be special circumstances where it is necessary to know the value of a property in the event of its immediate sale. This is known as the liquidation value.

CLIENT experiences
THE SITUATION.
A resident of Santander received an offer through a friend to buy a piece of land on the coast at a very good price. It was ideal for building a single-family house in privileged surroundings. He contacted Tinsa to check if the price was in line with the market.
2. OUR SERVICES.
The report issued by Tinsa stated that the land was affected by the Coastal Act and was found to not comply with the ordinance. This situation directly affected the property, as planning limits significantly reduced its value.
3. THE RESULT.
The client realised that the supposed price of the property being offered was not that attractive. Thanks to the qualified assessment by a firm with expertise in local regulations and markets, such as Tinsa, the client avoided a bad investment.
