He joined Tinsa in 1995 as an external appraiser. After more than 20 years as Technical director of the company, he took over the general management of Tinsa España in May 2017. He was appointed executive chairman in April 2022.

Law graduate from the University of Zaragoza, specialising in Corporate Law and Compliance from the IE Business School. She has developed her career in various professional firms and companies. She was Legal and Human Resources Director at DEYDE Group, acquired by Tinsa in 2021.

Computer Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and MBA from IE Business School. He was founder of the online travel agency Rumbo, where he acted as CIO and General Manager. He has held various management positions at Amadeus, Carrefour and Alterna. He joined Tinsa in 2022.

Ramón Mateos joined in Tinsa in 2014. He has worked for over 10 years as Chief Information Officer (CIO) in multinational companies, and has ample experience in the e-commerce and online travel sectors.

Enrique Gutiérrez joined Tinsa in 1998, where he worked in various positions, such as Regional Director of Andalusia, Director of Financial Institutions and Commercial Director. Susana has a degree in Journalism from the University of Navarra. She joined Tinsa in 2014 after seven years as a real estate editor at Actualidad Económica magazine. She has worked as an economic, financial and business journalist for Expansión, El Periódico de Aragón and Listín Diario (Dominican Republic).

Technical Architecture graduate from Madrid Polytechnic University. Before joining Tinsa in 2012, he was an external valuer and valuations control technician at Tasamadrid. He has held various positions at Tinsa including Technical Coordinator in Property Valuations Business and director of Energy Consultancy. He has led the Valuer Network at Tinsa since 2017.
