PLANNING

Drafting and process monitoring of the corresponding urban development documents pursuant to town planning legislation:  Master/Municipal Zoning Plans, Partial Zoning Plans, Special Zoning Plans, Breakdown Studies, Asset and Projected Spaces Catalogues, documents for the implementation of extraordinary activities on rustic or non-developable land, sectorial studies and associated environmental studies.  Territorial Classification documents/Sectorial Zoning Plans.

MANAGEMENT

Comprehensive technical support for urban development:  drafting of land ownership schemes (Basic Project and Articles; Incorporation of Compensation Boards or similar entities; management of Compensation Boards and Management Committees) or of the development agent (Technical and Legal-Financial Alternatives Report, agreement proposal); drafting of the Redivision, Compensation and Expropriation documents necessary and process monitoring; consultancy for signing agreements and process monitoring.  Drafting of Development Projects and exterior connections and complementary works plans, as well as associated sector studies; onsite project management.

DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANCY

Drafting of the Land Dossier, applying a technical and legal-urban development analysis to establish its characteristics, suitability and potentiality, so that it serves as a guide for asset and commercialisation management.
Specific studies.  Urban development feasibility studies.  Analysis of asset optimisation.  Infrastructure and current and future demand studies.  Consultancy for defence of interests in procedures for review or modification of plans or of their development instruments.  Availability studies and competition analysis.  Administration valuations.
