Quality and Environmental Policy
At Tinsa, quality is considered a management tool and it is extended to encompass all processes in the provision of the services we offer.
One of our main goals is to exceed our customers' expectations, thus providing total customer satisfaction. We believe that the quality of the products and services we provide is a decisive factor in creating customer loyalty and, consequently, the durability of the company. An intrinsic part of this quality is adapting to customer needs and the challenges posed by the market and competition.
Since 1999, Tinsa has held the Certificate of Company Registration, under the UNE-EN-ISO 9002:1994 standard, which is granted by the Spanish Standardisation and Certification Association (Asociación Española de Normalización y Certificación, AENOR. In July 2003, Tinsa renewed this certificate in compliance with the requirements of the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2000 standard and last June it carried out the latest renewal under said standard, which is the one currently in effect.
In October 2008, Tinsa obtained Environmental Management System certification under the international UNE-EN-ISO 14001:2004 standard for its head office in Madrid, and it is now in the process of extending said certification to the rest of its offices.
