Tinsa is a leading multinational company for real estate valuation, analysis and advice. It began operating in Spain in 1985 and since then has consolidated its leadership position every year in terms of the geographical coverage of its work, its volume, specialisation and reputation. It currently offers integral real estate services and its principal shareholder is Advent Internacional.

Tinsa's extensive professional experience includes more than four million valuations of every type of property, consolidating its leadership position in the market year on year. It currently has offices in France, Portugal, Chile, Argentina, Mexico, Peru and Colombia, although it operates in more than 25 countries.

Tinsa does not mediate purchase or sale transactions in the market, enabling it to provide its services with absolute independence, always focused on quality using control teams consisting of more than 200 technical specialists in the countries in which it operates.

In addition to the real estate valuation activity, the Tinsa group includes Taxo, which provides valuation services for intangible assets and personal property.
