As the largest valuation company in Spain, TINSA Tasaciones Inmobiliarias, S.A.has been providing for twenty years Real Estate Valuations for all types of properties.
Today, in an effort to meet our client´s, both national and international, growing demand for valuation reports and services in English language, TINSA has created the GLOBAL VALUATIONS CENTER.
This new division provides customer attention and all services related to the valuation process, beginning with the order taking up to the final report delivery in English.
The GLOBAL VALUATIONS CENTER engages exclusively in providing Real Estate Valuations in Spain to the global marketplace. Our customers principally consist of lending institutions, insurance companies, public and private corporations, developers, investors and other clients either in Spain or abroad in need of independent appraisals services in English.
The services are available for all type of properties: commercial property, apartment complexes, office buildings, shopping centers, industrial parks, residential developments, senior housing, health care and others, and also for all kinds of aims.
TINSA´s in-house control of valuations team as well as the firm´s own programs ensure accurate, consistent, timely and comprehensive valuations reports in English.
